Paul Kelly is a self taught artist painting conventional pre-impressionist style in oils and watercolour. He is known for his paintings of north county Dublin, market gardens and small harbour’s. He regularly travels all over Ireland and even further a field with trips to Morocco, Prague, Budapest and Venice in search of inspiration.
